A Favouring Wind
Poems by Ann Rothery
Compiled by David Skene-Melvin

A Favouring Wind is a collection of more than 90 short, reflective poems composed by Ann Rothery (1936-2003). She was a Toronto-based librarian and an enthusiast of mystery fiction. Alas, she did not live to see the publication of this selection, which was compiled by David Skene-Melvin, the editor and bibliographer, who was married to Ann for "35 wonderful years." He has contributed biographical notes as well as a sensitively written Introduction.
